By accessing or using ToolPix (toolpixtools.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
ToolPix provides free, browser-based utility tools for image processing, PDF manipulation, text formatting, developer utilities, and SEO tools. All file processing occurs entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. No files are uploaded to or processed on our servers.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ToolPix. If you are under 18, you should use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian. By using ToolPix, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
You may use ToolPix for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our tools for the purpose of creating a competing service; use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the site in a way that overloads our infrastructure; redistribute our tools as your own product or service; use our tools to process illegal content or content that violates the rights of others; attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions; use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.
The ToolPix name, logo, website design, and original code are owned by ToolPix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The open-source libraries we use (pdf-lib, QRCode.js, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses. Files you process using our tools remain entirely your property — we claim no rights to any content you create, modify, or process using ToolPix.
ToolPix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using our tools will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolPix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
ToolPix Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase or any renewal charge. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but you will retain access through the end of that period.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ToolPix and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ToolPix at any time without notice. We may add new tools, remove existing tools, change features, or adjust pricing for premium services. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of ToolPix shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
